We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented maintenance professional to help keep our apartment community running smoothly and residents satisfied. In this role, you will perform a variety of repairs, preventative maintenance tasks, and property upkeep activities to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment.

What You Will Do

• Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform routine repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, doors, locks, drywall, flooring, and fixtures
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks to help reduce future issues and extend equipment life
• Inspect community spaces, vacant units, and common areas to identify maintenance needs
• Assist with apartment turns, including repairs, touch-ups, and preparation for new residents
• Maintain clean and safe work areas, equipment, tools, and storage spaces
• Support grounds and exterior upkeep as needed, including light trash removal and minor exterior repairs
• Communicate clearly with residents, management, and team members regarding work orders and status updates
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and local regulations
• Document completed work, parts used, and outstanding issues accurately

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in apartment, residential, hotel, facilities, or general maintenance preferred
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and determine practical repair solutions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and perform physical tasks as needed
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on property needs
• EPA certification, HVAC knowledge, or other trade certifications are a plus

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and reaching
• Ability to lift and move materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds or more, depending on the task
• Work may include indoor and outdoor environments and occasional exposure to varying weather conditions
